Kind of weird ones but The Vegetarian by Han Kang and My Year of Rest and Relaxation by Otessa Moshfegh felt kind of relatable and soothing? to me when I was in the same place even though the characters are flawed.
You also might want to look at works aimed at those with Schizoid PD. Even if you don’t have it they might be helpful.
