Like the title says, I am looking for books either from the perspective of older women or focused on older women. I just finished reading Good Joy, Bad Joy and I just loved it. Cute quirky heartwarming, everything I want in a book right now.

I've previously read The Love Elixir of Augusta Stern, as well as Killers of a Certain Age, both of which also have the vibe I'm looking for 🙂

    Thanks in advance!

    4. Dorothy Gilman’s Mrs. Pollifax series.

Mrs. Virgil (Emily) Pollifax of New Brunswick, New Jersey, was a widow with grown children. She was tired of attending her Garden Club meetings. She wanted to do something good for her country. This first in the series sends Emily on her first case after she successfully persuades a skeptical CIA recruitment officer that she is the best person for the job.

The Adventures of Amina Al-Sirafi by Shannon Chakraborty is fun – she’s in her 40s which is more middle-aged than anything, but it’s a definite part of her character building to talk about how she’s not as young as she used to be on her adventures!
