I’m in search of a story with an ambiguous ending. Something that isn’t tied up with a pretty bow, but also not something completely devoid of hope. I’m leaving it relatively open-ended with the caveat that it not classify as a horror/thriller. What would you recommend?
ETA: bonus points for a brief synopsis that would be impossible to resist!
