I’m getting better at DNFing books. I used to slog through a book just to say I finished it. Now I have no issue quitting a book. I gave up on This Fierce People this morning. I’m a huge narrative nonfiction fan but this book felt like I was in history class all over again. There wasn’t a narrative that kept me interested.

Mine was The Midnight Library. I understood the message early on and couldn’t stay invested.
