I love reading and as a child I read hours each day. However now I've fallen into a slump and I have trouble really enjoying most books. The ones I love the most are Water for Elephants, The Secret History, and, surprisingly, a YA novel called If You Could See the Sun. Things I tend to appreciate in books are complex characters, intense plots, and don't be shy to suggest a bad ending! My guilty pleasure is books that make me cry. If anybody thinks they have a recommendation, please comment!
