Okay that title is pretty bad sry, but. What i meant was, do you know any books that are from the POV of a non-human creature observing a human?

Like Project Hail Mary, but if it were from the POV of Rocky (the alien in the story)

Or a cowboy and his horse going through their day from the POV of the horse.

Doesn't even have to be a creature, can be a machine.

I hope y'all get what I mean, cuz i find this trope (?) very interesting and would like to read some!

Murderbot Diaries by Martha Wells. The first book is “All Systems Red”

Oh I forgot! “Remarkably Bright Creatures” by Shelby Van Pelt is told from the perspective of an octopus in an aquarium. Fun, easy read with a surprisingly warm story.

I will give you some robot/android ideas because that’s my interest. C. Robert Cargill writes about the world from the perspective of androids/robots interacting with humans. *Sea of Rust* and *Day Zero* are what you’re looking for. I really enjoyed *Day Zero*. And *Klara and the Sun* by Kazuo Ishiguro is another. And many people think Asimov’s robot books started it all off, so you could start there. *I, Robot* is probably the most famous of the 5-book Robot Series.

There are loads of fantasy books written from the POV of animals. *Watership Down*, the *Warriors* cat books, and more.

[Here is a list](https://www.goodreads.com/shelf/show/non-human-pov) from Goodreads of books from a non-human POV. There are 1619 books on it.

    3. City by Simak is a very fun classic sci-fi. The historians of the intelligent race of dogs that inherited the earth after we killed ourselves write interpret fables and texts about a mythical creature : humans.

The Children of Time series by Tchaikovsky

I Am a Cat by Soseki

Edit: Hollow Kingdom by Buxton. Crow during a zombie apocalypse.

The Bear Went Over the Mountain by Kotzwinkle

    4. Seven Views of Olduvai Gorge by Mike Resnick

Hugo and Nebula Award-winning novella by Mike Resnick about alien archaeologists studying extinct humanity’s origins at Olduvai Gorge
