Book to Screen Recommendations

Hi all! 26m here. I’m newer to reading books just to read. (Also new to Reddit so not sure what to say)

I love the idea of reading a book and then watching it play out on a screen.

I just watched the show Station Eleven and LOVED it and after I realized it was based off a book, I bought it. Just finished reading it and the book was great but I wish I would’ve read it before watching the show.

Reaching out to see if anyone knows any books that are becoming a show/movie in the next few years.

I’ve searched a little bit but everything is about shows/movies that have already been made into a screenplay.

Does anyone know of any shows/movies that will be coming out based on books?

What I like:
1. Post apocalyptic (like station eleven)
2. I watched Hamnet and really liked it but haven’t read the book bc I watched it first.
3. Idk…like I said, not an avid book reader but I really want to start reading books and then watch it play out on a screen to see if what I imagine actually plays out on the screen.
