Book for a 55 year-old divorced out of shape man who recently moved back in with his mother

My father is in a really tough place in his life. He is in that place because of his own decisions. I am really hoping he takes some ownership of his poor choices that have got him to where he is today he needs a change of perspective does anybody have any books I could send him that may spark a fire?
