books I have enjoyed recently
- Collected Stories – Cixin Liu
- Animal Farm – Orwell
- Bobiverse books – Dennis E Taylor
- The Man Who Saw Seconds – Alexander Boldizar
- White Fang – Jack London
- Lonesome Dove – Larry McMurty
- Millenium Series – Stieg Larsson (and others for the later books)
- almost anything by Andy Weir
- Geography related books (enjoy Tim Marshall books)
As you can see, most of my recent reading has been largely recommended by Reddit. Do you have anything else for me??
I like things that are moderately fast paced to keep me interested and enjoy both fiction and non fiction. I struggle to plough through books that take too long to get to the point and flowery prose doesn't usually do it for me (albeit "A Confederacy of Dunces" is one of the top 5 books I've read).
