never read those specific ones but have you checked Terry Pratchett Discworld series, the humor in those books is pretty solid for fantasy comedy stuff
trying_to_adult_here on
Solid plot with lots of funny bits:
Expeditionary Force series
Bobiverse Series
Magic 2.0 series
Scholomance series
Vorkosigan Saga (the series starts off fairly serious but gets funnier as it progresses. A couple books later in the series are straight-up comedies.)
Fred the Vampire Accountant
The humor is the plot/absurd:
Space Force by Jeremy Robinson
Failure trilogy by Joel Zeija
Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy
poozfooz on
Redshirts, When the Moon Hits Your Eye, and Kaiju Preservation Society by John Scalzi
Definitely Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy
Murderbot Diaries
Saga by Brian K. Vaughan and Fiona Staples (graphic novel)
Dungeon Born by Dakota Krout
I haven’t read the two that you mentioned, so the humor type could be off, but these come to mind and made me at least chuckle throughout my read
