oh this takes me back to when i was around your age and discovering all these amazing books! based on what you loved, i think you’d really enjoy the seven husbands of evelyn hugo – it has romance but also deals with deeper themes about identity and ambition. also maybe try normal people by sally rooney, it’s got that complex relationship dynamic but explores mental health and class differences too. if you want something with historical depth like tattooist but with romance, the nightingale is incredible – follows two sisters in france during world war ii. for something more in booktok style but still substantial, maybe check out the invisible life of addie larue, it has this immortal curse storyline with beautiful writing and a love story that spans centuries
