    Thinking about climate change, the cost of living etc gives me a lot of anxiety. Are there any good, well researched books that give a sense of hope about the future or are we all doomed?

      Project Drawdown (book or website) gives a lot of hope by quantifying the impact of various solutions and makes it feel achievable.

      All We Can Save is an essay collection that contains a good dose of hope.
