Trying to get into reading….but what?

I’ve never been much of a reader, except for a few years when I was riding a bus to work and had an hour of free time each way. I mostly like fiction, and during the bus days loved reading For Whom The Bell Tolls, World According to Garp, Ciderhouse, The Road, etc.

My problem is always this….I have no idea what books are worth reading, which will just bore me, etc.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
