The MC is an LAPD detective that has a PhD in Criminal Behavior Analysis and works in the homicide special 1 division, dealing with serial killers, high-profile and other homicide cases. The stories are macabre but I couldn’t put it down. This is the first in the series, so if you do enjoy it there are more.
