I just finished the audiobook “The Light on Farralon Island” by Jen Wheeler. You might enjoy it.
It’s a historical fiction that’s part romance, part supernatural. About a woman in the mid 1800’s USA trying to run/hide from a difficult and troubled past and is dealing with her personal demons along the way. The relatively new author has a lot of potential to write in a special kind of style that can many will appreciate.
