Recently read Red Mars by Kim Stanley Robinson and really enjoyed how it told the stories of many characters over multiple decades. Has anyone got any suggestions of books with post apocalyptic settings that are 600 pages +?
stephen king’s the stand and robert mccammon’s swan song. they’re very similar, probably don’t read them back to back.

Dies the Fire by SM Sterling is just under 600 pages, but it’s also the first volume of a fifteen book series

Swan Song by Robert McCammon, a true epic, set after the events of a nuclear war, a great good Vs evil plot, echoes of The Stand, but unlike with The Stand, it’s got a decent ending.
