    I read power of habit by Charles Duhigg and built a habit where I went to gym for a whole year. That moment I realized many of my problems can be answered not by YT videos or articles but by good books. But unfortunately I had was very busy with my degree and work I regained all the wight I lost in year in 2 months. (Which was depressingly disappointing) Is there a good book that will answer my question?
