Books for servers?

hey guys, i'm trying to get cross-trained as a server and a line cook and have been reading a lot about the restaurant industry. so far I've found so many books about being a chef / kitchen work, but none about serving.

any books targeted towards waitresses or even just abt the restaurant industry would be great!! thanks!
