I know this isn't the first post with a title similar to this one but the other threads I've read didn't fill what I was looking for. One of my favourite things about One Piece is the pirate theme it has, I'm a big fan of swashbuckling books and I'm looking for a book that has this theme. One other thing I like is following the story of a noname forming a crew and becoming reknown by their own merits.
I don't mind if it is fantasy or not, or even if it's pirate themed. Maybe you have a story similar to OP in another context, that's fine.
