My choices so far are between Haunting of Hill House and the Stepford Wives. Looking for something short, unsettling, and easy to get into. Smth like the movie Get Out..where everything seems great at first but you get the feeling that something is not right.

I love Ira Levin’s writing style, I haven’t read The Stepford Wives myself but Rosemary’s Baby, The Boys From Brazil and This Perfect Day were amazing
