Can someone help me figure out the title of a book?

I know this is not the typical post for this subreddit but I thought maybe someone would be able to help me. The book is about a British lady who moves into a house of an older couple that passed and she falls in love with the Gardner and has a young girl as her neighbor who has Down syndrome. There’s also flashbacks to a guy whose dad has dementia and he has a sister who isn’t very pleasant. It’s driving me crazy trying to figure out the title. I don’t really know what genre it falls under. Maybe romance?
