None-fiction books about dreaming (not meanings or scientific)

I recently bought the Dreaming 'Very short Introduction' book.

I haven't read it yet but plan too soon, though it looks quite scientific.

I'm not too interested in reading about the meanings behind dreams.

That might not leave me with many options lol, but I love the idea of just reading something quite trippy about dreams, perhaps something philosophical.

Does anyone have any recommendations?
