The Honey Witch by Sydney J. Shields is a very popular sapphic fantasy with an audiobook – it’s 13hrs, but close enough!
(Disclaimer: I can’t speak for quality on this one because I DNF’d it on like page 3, but unless you have a strongly held opinion about the use of corsets as a literary short-hand, you probably won’t have the same problem I did.)
