I’m looking for some suggestions for easy reads for my mother while she recovers after a surgery.
Her favourite tv shows are shows like NCIS, Suits, and White Collar.
And I say easy read simply because she’ll be groggy at times and I just hope to find something that can easily catch her attention and keep her occupied.
I’m more of a romance girl myself so I have no idea where to begin…

Louise Penny’s Three Pine’s series – starts with Still Life – they’re novels that revolve around a detective in a small village, are easy to get in to, mostly cozy but also have a lot of character depth without being difficult to read
