Books about Ugly and lonely women

Any genre is okay! I do have a soft spot for fantasy, although not sure I’ll find what I want in that genre – I’m looking for books with main characters that are ugly, deeply physically flawed etc, or very lonely, or fat, or fat but lost weight and has loose skin and still ugly. Something relatable, y’know?
