My preschooler has really gotten into Halloween this year, which has been fun. Finding books for her on topics she is interested in is one of the joys of my life. We have already read a fair amount of recently published Halloween-ish children’s books like Spookly the pumpkin, the Halloween versions of many popular children’s series like the If you Give a Mouse a Cookie Pete the Cat, etc. We have also read books about the lifecycles of pumpkins. Current favorites are Room on the Broom, Scary, Scary Halloween, and also Scared Silly! By Marc Brown.

Any off-the-beaten path suggestions would be much appreciated!

Going on a Ghost Hunt (like going on a bear hunt, but Halloween-y)
