I often find myself feelings jealous of others and their accomplishments. I know this is a bad, and I don't want to behave like this anymore. Does anyone have any reccomendations?

Or, read Lord of the Rings and pay attention to the story of Sam Gamgee. He was never supposed to be the hero, and never saw himself as a hero

I have also had the «problem» of feeling jealous a lot! What I did to try to turn it around was to always see it positive afterwards. For example: “I’m so jealous my best friend went on a trip to London with a mutual friend of ours, and I was not ever invited!!!!” I add something positive at the end, “but I’m so glad she gets to experience London and hope she sends me lots of awsome pictures! So happy for her, love her”.
I’m mostly jealous/possessive towards my good friends, so this helps for me.
I have never had problems with strangers or been jealous of people I don’t know.
Hope this might help just a little bit, it took me a bit of practice to now always see the positive side of being jealous ⭐️ good luck ⭐️
