    hi!

i am getting back into reading after burning out in high school and college! i’m super excited but i’m not sure where to start. i just know i love an emotional journey. below are some preferences but i’d be happy if even one applied. thank you!

here are some genres i like:

    horror/mystery
    romance/love
    adventure

    and some elements i adore:

    lovable characters with growth arcs
    beautiful prose
    thoughtful or funny insight
    universal themes

A friend of mine recommended “Dear Kate–Dear Dad” and I couldn’t put it down. Lots of traveling in it, and it’s an easy read. Guy who wrote it gives his stuff away digitally for free. There’s even an audiobook version on Spotify (that’s what I used most of the time).

      Hope that helps!
